No Impey surprises me after the year he has had.

This is why we are loosing all of our top sporting athletes to other countries. I know of a young guy who did these races and came in within the top 5 and has been in the top finishers for the last year in the U18 age group nationally, he did not get the call up. None of us know why... why bother to have a selection race when the results are irrelevant? I would love to see him move on to greener pastures next year as he finishes school this year.

Looks like one of the very few road bikes that are value for money now days and don't need any upgrades off the shelf besides saddle, bars and stem which are user dependent. Will definitely look at one when it is time for a new bike.

Is it just me who keeps loosing connection? Have tried off wifi and 3g and have intermittent streaming.

I had the same as you, insurance claim and got the new 2014 EA90 SL's. Must say, best wheel i have ever owned. Would take these over my carbon wheels any day. Roll really well and can be used in all conditions.

So due to hitting a massive pot hole this morning on my road bike at some speed i have now destroyed my Fulcrum racing 1s. I have claimed from insurance and will have about 10k to play with for a new set. What is good? Anything up to a 60mm carbon section.

Got introduced to this company by a buddy I cycle with. I did a bit of research and have to say their prices are fantastic and customer service is very sharp. I sent a message on their Facebook page and had a reply within a few minutes. My Scott Scale Expert with a few tweaks valued at R24K was quoted by another company at R358.00 per month, these guys came in at R145.00 per month. I have got both those 2 tyres. I run the Ikons for the more hard pack stuff and keep the RR's for the bigger races. If you get the RR's, you will need to get the snakeskin compound. Both good tyres.

Not a chance you could ride a bike there. Beach sand everywhere, you would stuff up your drivetrain and bearings so fast. Run, swim, paddle and relax!

Icycle is very good. Prices are fantastic, half the price of the rest.
