    No; I leave in 3 hours for an altitude camp then I go Dauphine and Tour de France. My calender is built or focused to the Tour. Then after I have a small break and finish with Roubaix I would really like to do Giro though it’s a great Tour

    I do not coach him anymore. When he went to cannondale he had to fall under the team coach but I can say we are still good mates. Our last hoorah was from 2014 to Last years World Cup podiums and SA champs. I wish him nothing but the best do to better than last year and excel.

    No, the entire team was not vaccinated. Only a certain number were at the camp and we all had the option to have the vaccination. Some were not there, some chose not to take it. About this topic - 2 tests prior to race were negative, 3 directly after were negative. Take your view from that.

    No for sure, never write anyone off, but compared to compatriots he is off and has work to do. Can he do it? Yes I am well sure he can. What that level will be? No one knows maybe top 10 maybe a 1st in July.

    Yes but remember other sponsors will also put money in. Like for example speed play pedals will give pedals and some ammo. That’s how it works so another 5 sponsors at 200-300 euro and another million euros is available

    38k euro is the minimum salary for a Pro Tour rider to be paid per year. It has nothing to do with travel or anything else.

    That crash was horrific, we saw the rider on the floor and riders back at the bus said it wasn’t good to see. Last night it was said that Belgium will go into lockdown on Monday, which means De Panne is off I would presume.
