    True...top suspension and dropper...that is the foundation anyway...you can upgrade(probably don't really need to even) as and when you have some money. edit just check if its the pike rct3 and monarch plus rc3

    ah...whilst on the topic, jason was a big help with my build...I quickly ran out of talent with that dropper and freewheels I had to convert....put everything in a black bag and took it to him and said build pls. love their work

    meneer....I bought the rollin chassis, but I didn't skimp with that...its the top pike and the top monarch, reverb stealth and spank wiele(which I really like...strong mother but not the lightest) The group I used is 2014 XT group(2x10...yes I know 1x11 is cooler but I really love my grannie and well I had it)...will maybe change rotors later to 180's. I don't know how much exactly cost me because of all the borrow from other bikes but gun to my head...I think you are in for about 50-55k if you shop around.

    Ta dom, I am proper chuffed...wrt to colours...Ja the black and yellow is cool just by itself, but I didn't want to just have black and I also didn't want to play matchie matchie with everything, the red is a nice break on the cockpit...mismatch is the new black lol.

Ps ek smaak external routing, ek koop nie n bike met internals nie...jy hoef net een keer cables te verander. Pss ek is ook nie spez man nie.

    whahahhaa enjoy your bike bud, I really hope it gives you lots of miles and smiles...BUT Its not a facelift...its a new paintjob. All the "new" things you mentioned can be bought and fitted to an original vipa and it would be the same. Your "facts" are based on you will be an owner soon. You have to like it.

    Yep, you will be seeing her over the weekend...either you or Jason. Need some pressfit stuff done and get other stuff Breaking the hardtail, taking XT group over to pascoe...SS will stay as is. So I will either have a crapload of travel or nada when I ride.

    This I prefer external routing...you only have to do internal routing once to know what a ball ache it is... PS...the trick is to tie a piece of cotton to the cable, then use a vacuum to suck the cotton thread on the other side and pull very gently...

    there you go, caveman....cross the line, do a caveman call or something, maybe a few grunts. The more elaborate your signature move, the more airtime you get and respect from riders. You might want to skip trying to be a pure climber....we(me and you are just not built for it)...Iwan is the climber.

PS you might want to get a signature move when you cross the line...the line being where our cars are parked...you know contador has the the pistol thing, sagan wheelies...maybe growling lion...I dunno, that is your call...any roadie worth remembering has a nick, so you need that. Oh and then obviously find you happy place...sprinter, domestique, climber, puncheur...

    Shave your legs, beard, chest and arms....maybe use scissors first. Put on some tight pant, tight top...take visor of helmet...drop the leatherman and get a 10g fokolaminium multitool and a roadbike. Oh and some nice wit socks. #winning
