    Played on the XTR elec at the fair...pretty cool stuff. Shifts like butter. What could be freakin awesome is that you somehow link it to a cadence sensor and shift up or down automatically to maintain for example 90 rpm....think we chatted about it at the show eldron

    Did a loop of groenies and fountains on saturday... Shocked to see the state of fountains...glass and rubbish on the trail, overgrown, fallen trees. Needless to say I wont be riding there again. Groenies is still lekkers, but fountains feel unsafe from when you enter the gates.

    lol, yfp is difficult wading...still a bit early in the season. I normally find the deeper pools on the other side of the bank(close to the willow trees) produce the best. Lots of muddies at that venue

    I think everyone was hellava excited about it...would have been awesome to watch / follow....so quite dissapointed with this as chunky says. But you have to admit....the numbers didnt quite make sense.

    That is a pity gords. I mean think about the exposure a company will get if they manage to put a laaitie on a worldstage podium one day. I think a PGA round of applause in order for the LCB team and sponsors as well as spur. The amount of cash the sponsors drop on local pro's salaries could be used better in the younger ranks I think. And also echo your sentiment, I would much rather have my laaitie fall his "nerwe" off on the trails instead of eating chips infront of a PS3.

    You forgot...on one wheel. Hell those laaities are pocket rockets If I was a potential sponsor, I would chuck all my money behind these laaities. Give them the best kit / training tools / coaches / nutrition / race exposure I can. That will set them up to get some proper international contracts and become proper mtb superstars ie podium contenders at XCO / XCM / DH worldcup events
