  1. just posted the golden four...however the first one you might not like since it means less money for you.
  2. Easy Limit entries to what the trail can handle...dont over subscribe.(less money for the organizer but happier riders) Dont merge different distances at the end...bad idea Make the bulk of the climbing in the first half of the race...see mankele races for reference Mark mark mark...and then mark again. The more, the better.
  3. Great example and just to echo what blondie says....the 70 and 45km merge close to the end...somewhere after the cell tower. Now there is still some singletrack in the mix, shouting and screaming at people in the 45km makes them nervous and unpredictable. Riding right on their wheel does exactly the same. Best result is to just sit patiently until its safe to pass for you and other person. They know you are there, I almost always get..."I will move over just now" or "do you want to pass". Now the thing with passing is that its up to you, the more experienced rider to take the lead and make it safe...I got stuck behind someone on the concrete slab bridge thing(close to the end) at the monster. There is no way you can pass someone even if they ask..."do you want to pass". Just told the person to not stress, I am in no hurry...and that they have right of way. Instantly they are relaxed and get on with riding instead of swerving all over the show. Then when it was safe, I told the person I am passing on his left...he doesnt have to move cause now there were space. Everyone wins.
  4. wow just wow And you as a race organizer condone maybe even share in this behavior.....noted. Let me also ask this to the singletrack heros....why was it ok for you to sit on the talentless dirt roadie's wheel before going into the singletrack?
  5. Dosage control maybe also contamination threat. Hence the question as to wouldnt it make more sense to just buy some from a supplement brand like hammer thant trying to "roll your own" considering price cannot be the motivation
  6. Like hammer's product? That doesnt have all the other stuff in it. Nicely packaged / sealed container / convenient dosage. mmmmm
  7. sure, but then his livelihood will be at stake, think he might not have an option.
  8. Well if we look at his legal reps, the only one he is missing is harvey specter...he brought the A-team for the fight
  9. Get a garmin edge 500...sell the bryton. You won't look back.
  10. Now you raised the point earlier, why bother making your own capsules when you can get off the shelve and also risk the contamination thing. Surely money isnt a factor...heck 69 bucks for a packet isnt breaking the bank http://www.supplementworld.co.za/usn-cramp-block.html Another one I have seen in the shops http://www.hammernutrition.com/products/race-day-boost.rdb.html Does that mean that the supplements are that crap that a pro would rather make his own risking whatever goes with it.
  11. I think we all understand this...SAIDS said he isn't guilty then so be it. Doesnt mean we cannot debate and discuss what happened.
