  1. feeling the pinch of mtbing now after bikes just been in for full service and shock service, second ride after rear freewheel goes but the fun on a mtb riding anywhere except the tar - can never be compared to riding on skinny little tyres on the road!!
  2. the way i see it is the gear ratios you experience rubbing in are ratios you shouldnt necessarily be in at any time at once key to remember is to always try your hardest and shift to keep your chain running as straight in a line as possible - that way your chain, and cassette is being worn the least aswell
  3. id go with option A, although for alot of tar riding - maybe look at the crossmarks front and back or crossmark back with the monorial upfront
  4. congrats on a great job done meneer, hope your nearby if mine ever gets nipped - touch wood
  5. ask the oke to stop, and if you could have a look at his ride, im sure you can tell quick enough if its his or not from his reaction. if he seems to know nothing about the bike knock the sh:)t out of him, hold the bike and him till the cops arrive

  12. shot for that bikes def no 15kg's, sub 11 at the moment and running normal crankset so 32t seems the more then fine choice thanks
  13. yup, why wouldnt i have a granny? so 32 best option?
  14. Riding normal mountain biking and competing in races during the year.. so 34 would be easier option to go for then?
  15. hi guys, need a new cassette and keen to get it off CRC on special at mo. whats the difference between 11-32t and 11-34t? Is that how many teeth on inside ring to outside ring being 32 or 34? Whats better or is there even a difference in riding with the two? advice please
  16. interesting topic, also been riding with some old northwave mtb shoes and looking to get a pair at the end of this month! like the look of sidi's far more though what size in 44, 45, 46 is a uk 10 by the way? Does it vary with diff make shoes? Shimano, sidi, spez?

maybe a new bike rack, where your bike would stand upright on the back door of the tiny loaf of bread look alike would do..
  23. so jealous!!! dam hot dangle...
  24. Wierd as im pretty sure if you traded your car in with 80 000km on it and no service history they would not offer you near as much as a car with the same milage but a full service history with it?? makes common sense really.. i know the meaningless extras that were added by yourself mean nothing to them though, anything not added by the dealer factory adds no value what so ever even if it cost you a fortune to install
  25. unbelievable how they rip you off!!! and you pay for it just to get there stupid delaer stamp to keep up the full service history with the dealers in your service book for resale value.. but is it really worth it?? dammit they making a fortune out of us.. most car delears are the same, but these expensive fancy cars do come with even higher expenses when maintanence plans run up and would never purchase one like that myself!!
