must be the radio stations na but seriously, being on the road with the bicycle, motorbike and car i know iv made some silly choices at times, and if everyone were a little more vigilent of eveyrone on the road alot less accidents would happen..

most bikes i had a squiz over looked to be from Brett, so glad he's legit! prices on quite a few did look out though.

if you donated the usual pint, your body only takes 24 hours usually to replace the lost blood, so you should be fine now, your morning ride prod strained your body though as it wasnt yet up to its full blood stock again.. good luck for sunday
