  3. Moolman did race:
  4. Team Cape Storm!
  5. David does actually breath while he is riding
  6. So much for Boyes Drive being the problem. THey should have had warning signs in the first 15 meters of the race!
  7. I didn't think they were doing it this year?? but if I am wrong what day?
  8. loving the new bike... she seems to be working well for you ! The bike, she is great. The legs aren't as hot unfortunately!
  9. Are there other pics posted anywhere? Can't find them on Raymond's site??
  10. [quote=Poison Ivy} oh and thanks for showing us the pics of your new bike..... Bikes must be seen on the road not in a picture (Actually I haven't even taken a photo of my bike yet. My couch is too ugly to do the bike justice)
  11. The only problem with the frame is it is making me want some deep sections to really make it look awesome!
  12. Damn you Onetime! I thought I was special with my SL2 Got the same colour scheme. Mine is just slightly smaller though! I am absolutely loving mine. Enjoy it
  13. Well done Tredoux, first win for Cape Storm!

  15. Chris Jnr said the other day that they have a number of international (asian I think) tours planned for next year. So all looks well with CPI (or whatever they are going to be called next year).
  16. If 3 roadies = 10% then team is 30 big Everybody should be scared then
  17. Glad they are ok. I must say I have been impressed with the way they have been riding this season. Far better and safer than in the past.
  18. One thing that annoys me is people chucking awayt the wrappers mid race. GU overseas have a campaign that for every "x" number of empty wrappers you send back, you get a full one. Might reduce the littering??
  19. The shop in question is called BMT or something, stands for Bike, Marathon, Triathlon. I peered in the windows on my way back from Jonkershoek and thought the same as Cornelis that it won't last long. It is in a pretty poor location too, very little passing trade.
  20. The planned TT was up a 100km hill @ 10% into a 50km/h headwind! Eisshh even a PT won't help there
  21. If someone told me to ride 100k's as fast as I could right now, I would take the light, aero wheels. But if they said do it in 3 months time I would take the PT and use it to train in a structured way. At the end of the day light wheels will make you faster without training more but a PT (and coach) will make you a lot faster by training properly.
  22. I managed to resist eating my waffle last night, now it is sitting on my desk staring at me! Ok can't wait any longer I am eating it NOW! mmmmmm
  23. Each to their own. I think the biggest advantage is if you are told to do 10 x 2min intervals at 400watts, you have to do them! For me the best thing about it is the motivation and the ease at which you can see improvement. At the end of the day you get better by riding your bike, but a PT can show you in black and white your improvement over time, which helps with the motivation.
