I see his feedback is that visibilty is virtually unaffected. We may even see these in the 2017 season.

Most drivers have no problem with it. Seb says forget that it looks ugly, it will save lives.. But guess what Lewis Hamilton (that name is a swear word in my house btw) says its ugly and F1 lacks direction.. Well excuse me FIGJAM but ask Henry Surtees, Justin Wilson and Jules Bianchi's family if they would have cared what it looked like.. #Annoyed

That maybe true.. but it would have definitely saved the other 2 drivers.. JB's crash was a race management problem.. should not have continued with the race until it was clear.

What I do wish is that there was more freedom for the other guys to develop their engines to catch up...  there I agree F1 is shooting itself in the foot.

 

No more "tokens" from 2017 onward so the manufacturers can blow through cash develop at their heart's content.

Great to read about a further clamp down on radio. They need to go one step further and, as per Button's suggestion, ban all tire sensors other than pressure. 

 

Get the drivers to make a call based on "feel" again.
