How much would you pay?

Well..... like most items I buy, I buy used. Let someone else take the depreciation.

So if a carbon goes for around R40k used, I recon around the R25 - R30k mark.

Frames starts at $1800 and complete bikes start at $2200

That sounds cheap?

That means you could land a complete bike for around R25k.

Does Morewood make a 29er full suspension frame?? Anybody out there know??

Sorry... haven't been 'hubbing for a while... Morewood do have some developments on paper at the moment, but there are other "projects" such as the Split Pivot designs that are taking preference for the moment. There is certainly demand, and it needs to be done, but there is opportunity for the formation of an entire platform around the Split Pivot designs, and this is most likely going to be where any future 29er full sus designs will be based.

Now this is a hot bike, this is the Ti one but the alu one is just as nice. Wonder what the price of the frame is, and weight? Titus Rockstar 29er

Yowza!

Now THAAAT is a ripper. Check how short the chainstay, and that BB drop. And that glossy red. EISH!

So far its a toss up between the Cruz tallboy and the Rockstar. The superfly is to expensive and blingy. How much is a Rockstar?? The frame design on the Titus looks rock solid and the geometry looks good not as nerdy as some 29ers

Tallboy all the way...it's one of the long term reviewed bikes in the Mountain Bike UK mag, and its scoring well.

I think Dangle wanted 12,5k for his Rockstar frame set, but has since built it up, but still a good deal if he still has it..
