After about a month the harsh cravings let up, but you will always be in the mood for a smoke when other light up around you, sorry...the battle will remain. Might have to come back to SA in March next year and show you how my hill training in Wales has made me (by then I should be flying and might just give you a run for your money ) Wow!!!
