Grebel Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Yes, yes, yes... got all that, but THIS is not going to get this bloody thread locked. Use both those centric's man! THINK. Throw around some gender or racial slurs and we will be under lockdown before you can say Juju! Any volunteers?
Kranswurm Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 Are people's bikes so badly setup that they have to resort to adapters to make it comfortable. Have none of you bar-end riders ever ridden more then 100km on a road bike? mmmm.....and I can think of about 4 different positions I use

Meezo Posted April 13, 2011 Author Posted April 13, 2011 In all fairness you have more than one position for your hands on a road bike... (I am not a fan of bar ends by the way!) That's very true and now that I've taken mine off I've notice that i some times keep my hand off the grips and in the center of the bar, close to the stem.
leeu52 Posted April 13, 2011 Posted April 13, 2011 My hands go to sleep on long rides. The bar ends helps with varing the grip to alleviate it.
