Now, before this became the great NF Hub expedition of epic proportions there were going to be 5 of us doing a recon. This meant that we were going to ride the first half of the old route (green line) just to erase the slight doubt about the locality of points #1 and #2 on the map above. Now, either the NF regulars here on the Hub can confirm that they are 100% confident they know these points OR: (1) I am going to have to arrive 30 minutes earlier (any volunteers - danger dassie?) to ride to those points on the green route. (2) The whole tribe of hubberscan do the old route first as a warm up... (3) We do the new route and I and/or other NF regulars can scout ahead. So, what's it gonna be? PS. I'm not 100% sure I know the exact point where yellow deviates from green (#1 on the map). If I'm to be responsible for getting 25+ mtbers around the actual yellow route I'd like to know for sure.
