That is due to the roll cage fitted in the car. I dont know why all commercial cars dont have that. Instead there are just extra bars in the doors.

You opened an embedded link. If you do that, copy the title of the vid (usually underneath), pop it in the youtube search bar, you come across a "cleaner" link.
