He was even a cyclist. His last known act alive was to look at a cycling website. They found him decomposing in a bag like that in his bath tub. Oh, and he was an spook at MI6, qualified for operational deployment. It's fascinating. His sister reckons he had over twenty thousand pounds worth of women's clothing in his cupboard cause he liked collecting fashion. But the last time she spoke to him he was going to watch a transvestite performer. Fascinating, I tell you.

uh oh....I have a bag like that

Cath Stanley, 65, a neighbour and retired Merseyside police superintendent, said: "Gareth was a smashing lad and really into his cycling. His father was called 'Mr Fitness' round here because he was a keep-fit fanatic. I don't even think either of them drank. I think they were teetotal. Gareth and his dad used to cycle round here together, in Lycra kit and helmets."

The really bizarre part, is that he was on leave, right? And due to return to work on the 16th of August, right, his office (MI6) don't even seem to notice. Only on the 23rd, do his family notify police as they haven't heard from him in a week.

But on a more serious note, I think your friend was referring more to this.

Running water created a cavity...

Ja, possible, but damn sure I'll also blame a VERY thin layer of cement.

Got washed away. Not sure how much cement you've worked with in your life. I've worked with a bit. If mixed correctly it tends to stick to itself  Even if there was a cavity underneath it, it shouldn't sommer have just broke through.
