The really bizarre part, is that he was on leave, right? And due to return to work on the 16th of August, right, his office (MI6) don't even seem to notice. Only on the 23rd, do his family notify police as they haven't heard from him in a week.

Got washed away. Not sure how much cement you've worked with in your life. I've worked with a bit. If mixed correctly it tends to stick to itself Even if there was a cavity underneath it, it shouldn't sommer have just broke through.
