Tumbleweed Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 sorry only seeing this now.the pub was/is called the halfway house.cj rhodes who was short could not get on his horse again so he would stop outside this pub and order his drink of choice.there is still a big rock which he sometimes used to get back on his horse in the parking lot.called halfway house as it was halfway between one of his residences and his other the jack hindon. Hahahahaha! Thanks for that! The best we could manage in Benoni was a drive-through bottle store, but that's gone now.
