Why on earth would you want to do that? :o

That's pretty hard unless you are very lean and don't eat protein.Your body will first use fat as fuel and then muscle.

lol jacques: u hit the nail on the head. muscles are a classic case of use it or lose it. wanna shrink your quads: just walk on a crutch for a month. that thing will shrink before your eyes.

 

but it doesnt turn to fat. what happens with inactivity? u dont burn as much energy. but if u keep eating as before u went inactive, you gonna pack on some padding. So u lose muscle and build fat. ;)

also, if u exercise alot with low kilojoule uptake, you'll waste away as well, but then everywhere. targetted underusage of a specific muscle will just effect the muscle in question.

kwl, got some relatives there, so we can organize something.

 

Coming from a gymnastic background there is to much upper body muscle, and I haven't been pedaling with my arms lately so...don't think I need it that much :thumbup:

Ja, I realized that after posting. Common misconception due to a lot of bodybuilders getting fat after stopping bodybuilding, but I guess that has more to do with keeping on eating like a monster and not gyming anymore.
