I liked the way that urban ninja guy spelled it out on his blog. Almost managed to read the entire idiot's guide, but not quite.

Why does everyone keep asking about a Fantasy League? There are already a "TheHubSA mebers" league and "Urban Ninja's" league where you can win some cool prizes. Join them and stop asking ... the rules are not the same! Frosty's league here is for fun, with less complicated rules, gives you bragging rights and the opportunity to chirp your fellow hubbers on their team choices or performance.

Pick any 9 riders and 3 teams from the start list. That's all you need to do! The fantasy league has substitutions, stages, limitations on team members etc ... much more rules!! I think it's one team of nine riders, but you can select your nine riders from any three teams, not four teams, nor shall you select from only two teams, actually, frosty, can you pick all 9 from one or two teams?
