Want the basic ride logging capabilities, HR monitor and Cadence, Being able to download to computer will be nice Have been told to look at the Polar CS300, only thing I'm not keen on the wrist based/watch format. Like the screens of the Cateye's Need some advise. G oh btw, it's for MTB riding
TNT1 Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 Actually, I wouldn't even spend money on a dedicated cycle computer. I'd get a polar bluetooth HRM strap, and use my phone.

My pnone is just as expensive as an Iphone, I back up my stuff, and have comprehensive insurance on it. Which insurance I'd have even if I didn't ride with it.

You driving a hard bargain, problem for me I said my budget is R2K, but was really hoping to stop at R1500... hehehe damm there goes that idea.
