That's why they dope so much (and don't tell on each other). Don't know why they don't just take short cuts on the course, they might as well. But in the roadie's twisted psyche, that would be WRONG. Um, yes, principles, not sure you've heard of them. Stick to the MTB it does seem slightly more honest.
