You don't have to buy a whole tub to try it out, or to try new flavours.

The sachets now come in boxes of 15, more superior packaging material and the chews are totally different. Also only certain stores had sachets and chews, now its going country wide in proper display packaging :-), next out gels ;-)

I bought the chews from MyDailySupplement and I love it! Quite filling aswell, will try them tomorrow again when I do my 100km cycle. What is this nutral flavour you talking about?

Taking into account all the above comments, would you recommend 32GI for someone doing the DC?

And how would you use it then?

I want to know how this product can be on the market when it is not even fully tested yet? Or is this an unregulated industry?

 

And where are the scientific tests to prove it is low GI?

BGS we have had it tested and GI tested and we are fully compliant with claim and labelling laws for the new consumer protection act rather go and look at hundreds of others out there who are not compliant we spent a lot on ensuring a claim is backed up by research and testing we are CE and FDA compliant the product has been registered in 5 other countries where health laws are far more stringent than here so trying to understand where you are coming from ?

a low GI bar called REDS (I think) I had planned on a 32 GI ride - juice and chews but where would I get some of these bars for that just in case case where my will power or leg power breaks down?
