Tumbleweed you can't get another dog.. I am putting my foot down[emoji6]

Oh, no, I just can't...I am in a bit of a pickle as it is. My friend Natalie said that if I could make it to two years sober and through the boys emigrating, she would buy me a dog. So, I said at the time, I want a St Bernard. Always wanted one...Now as that landmark is approaching, I am supposed to get another Ruby!!!!! Nah, won't happen. The pack is sorta settled now. They are a handful as it is!

She is such a lovely pup..so glad we kept her.. she follows me every where.. and she bounces around every morning when I feed her.. too bloody cute.. also goes bonkers for water.. favourite time is when I backwash the pool.. the water runs out onto the grass and she runs full speed from wherever she is (normally next to me) to go play in the water.

I have always loved Irish Wolfhounds since I was a kid and our neighbour had one. I have German Shepherds so used to bigger dogs that don't know they are big and still sit on your knee :)

Anybody got any experience with having Irish Wolfhounds in SA? would you recommend them? My dogs are family members and all live inside and sleep either on the couch or bed so would be no different.
