Hahahahahahaha! Hopefully they will be placed before then!

Recently bought myself a 6 month old Golden Retriever. Lovely dogs but the doors to all the rooms in our house is permanently closed. Sock and shoes is he's favorite. Will post a pic asap

A Boy. Bought him and a 9 month old white German Shepherd from a guy who could not afford to care of them anymore. Took him 2 weeks to realize that he can trust me. They don't know what it is to socialize with people and other dogs, and also don't know what it is to go for a walk.

They are a lot better from when I got them but still lots of work to get them to be normal.

Good luck with the training!

We were going to keep one pup from the litter - the only one we'd given a name to: Tigger, cos he "meows" - but I got a message from a friend in Durbs who said her mate would like to adopt one. So Tigger is off to the coast in January.

I'm looking for some advice from the German Sheperd and Rottweiler owners please.

I've got 1 cat and two little dogs but need to get a bigger watch dog for security, which will be better the GS or Rotty?

It would have to be good with children and the other animals, can anyone make some recommendations?

BlackBikes, being quite involved with animal rescue I would sooner say go for a younger rottie or rottie cross. If you can find a rottie cross lab you will have the most amazing dog for kids and other animals. Either way get a young dog or pup and go to training. Take your kids along to the training.

You should get a husky and call him Iceman.

Hehe, had a Husky who sadly past away not to long ago. Amazing dogs but Bloemfontein is too hot for them.
