Okay, I'm relieved.

The GC cannot be won here with the TTT.

Surely, it can be lost.

So, not a bad day at all for Leaky Gas...

Rodriquez will sleep well tonight after Katusha's fine effort today. His right back into the frame.

Who said cycling is not a tough sport.

Cavenator, Tour de Suisse, a few seasons ago.

Someone else mentioned it here...

I remember Paul Sherwin telling us to watch out for Navardauskas as being a future grand tour winner...

Considering Garmin was one of the favorites for this stage I think Katusha threw a cat among the pigeons here. Certainly I never read any pundit suggesting Katusha would be 5 sec's adrift of Garmin, most never even gave them a top 5.

Rodriguez must be feeling pretty comfortable right now.

Hmm, looks like tomorrow (Thursday) will be the last day for the sprinters this week, so I think Garmin should keep the Jersey tomorrow, however Friday is decidedly bumpy, which may favor a breakaway and Sat. and Sun. end on sharp climbs, so although only cat 2's and 3's I think the sprinters will struggle.

I think Cunego will go for a stage on Sat. or Sun. and maybe the jersey, the terrain suits him perfectly.

That would be nice, but somehow Cunego seems to have been banished to the shouldbeabletoandwantstobutjustdoesnothaveitanymore category - Pity
