Made it to day 9 and still not smoking starting to feel better. Had an awesome week end in the saddle pity the weather was so bad. Almost froze Saturday and got blown away sunday. To all the quiters keep it up!

Three and a half years!

tried to quit about a hundred times over about 15 years of smoking 20+ a day.

My son was born, and the decision became the easiest one I ever had to make.

Keep it up. It will stick if your head is in the right place.

Day 15 not smocking and i did the usn mtb cup event 4 in Midrand today. I have never ridden that good in my life did the 50km in 2:19 just had loads of energy and stamina. Only compliant is that i am alot more agressive while ridding than i used to be. But maybe that isnt a bad thing as i felt as if i was on fire today. Quitting is the best thing i could have done. To those poeple who are thinking about it just do it yes it will be tough but it is worth it. To all the quitters keep it up.

So when you smokers do a 5 hour cycle do you stop for a smoke break along the way?

And what do you do with your darn cigarette butts if you do?
