Also consider drinking 500ml's of energade just before the run. You will only feel funny for the first 1km, after that you should be fine........

sounds like a good plan! thanks smile.gif

I use a fuel belt bought from Troisport. 4 small bottels of just under 200ml each. Enough for me for a 30km run where i take 1 sip every 2km.

Only use it for 15km +

If it is warm like today I rather run in the gym on a treadmill. Did the camel thing, but it moved around a lot when any amount of water were in there. Nowadays I run without water and hope I do not die.

Either that or HTFU (harden the f up). I see the racing ladies doing a half marathon without water bottles but then again they get water sachets along the route......

Seriously guys, lets say 10km's takes you about an hour maximum...... If you rehydrate properly upfront you will surely be OK?

I have ran 21km races without any water on the route and I sweat a lot and am not a fast (or good) runner at all.

Next thing you will probably want to know how to run with an umbrella just in case the sun comes out?

HTFU

Ok ek het `n 3 stap oplossing:-

1.) HTFU

3.)
