I use weatherchannel and it's been spot on every time.

No matter which bunch you in the guys ride hard until the half way stop and then bonk anyway, so just latch onto the fast guys (w-h-e-e-l s-u-c-k) in your bunch and then the 2nd half of the race is all up to you. And don't feel bad for adopting this roadie strategy because the before mentioned racers would have bonked halfway anyway
