Sjo a bar one, shampoo and a skip detergent sample was all that was useful in mine. Must be the worst goodiebag yet. BUT you can voice your opinion at www.goodiebag.co.za

Apart from the Goodie Bag not being any use, except the GREEN bag, I must voice my dissapointment with the Expo as a whole! What use to be an expo to look forward to regarding new bikes and the "new" things in the cycling industry it has now merely become a large hall full of bike shops selling much of the same. Yes, a few nice bikes, a few nice girls trying to sell you the next best pair of socks or energy drink, but nothing really WOW! If it keeps going this way we can just all buy from CWC, get it delivered, and have our numbers posted to us!

FFS its about the "funride" not about the goodie bag. Go to pick n pay and buy some stuff that you want. After receiving a goodie bag at any event there's a Rant about it.

Thank you Big J, you opened my eyes!!!!! You are SO right and I am humiliated by my outburst.

at least I get my helmet dandruff under control, finally. and had wheatbix for lunch just now. So all good. who cares - it's about the ride, not the goodies.

Agree on expo being a bit lacklustre - did get a pretty good deal on a complete Ultegra groupset though at CWC. Was on my component shopping list for the new bike I'm building up, so I'm very happy with that. Was also hoping to get some deals on winter training clothing and other parts for the new build, but not much of what I was after was on special.

look at northern hemisphere cycle shop's websites for that - they are moving into spring and summer range - so their winter gear will have heavily reduced prices

Faniefiets, you are only allowed to complain if you ride a sub3 Argus this year

Otherwise, Rule #5. Suck it up cupcake.

A goodie bag is a bonus. These guys pay for their products to be in the bag - without them, we would get vol-kol / nadda / zip.

All the high quality winter gear I get from the North, walkerr.

Good idea you have there.
