After 4 years in cycling, I intend to leave the alphabet ladder to head to race Vets League in 2012/13.

However, never done a proper bike set up for me.

There are now several places to go for this now in Cape Town, I've heard.

 

Where have you gone and what difference has it made to your "becoming one with your machine"?

I did a setup at Cyclelab there by Tygervalley when I still had the Bianchi.

 

There are two types, a visual setup and then a more in detail electronic setup. Dunno price though.....

It would go a long way in preventing all this scamming.

 

The explosive one was supposed to be sorting it out wasn't he? The search function is terrible though, but I agree.

You can also go back as many times, gratis, to get things tweaked if need be.
