I don't understand it. I joined the Hub and registered and everything to see everything and now I hear there's private attacks and arguments? It's like going to see Cats, but then they never raise the curtain!

Its more like reading on the Sunday paper backpage that the cast doesn't always get along. Doesn't mean that the show is k@k.

only chance to do it.....

Haven't done J2C, but from all the accounts of people who have done both, it seems to be the preferred event as far enjoyment goes. Also the general consensus is that they two completely different kinds of events, so what is it that you're looking to get out of either of them, what's important you from a riding perspective.

Epic, more of a challenge and achievement. J2C, more social and enjoyment. For lack of a better description.

Given your quote above though, perhaps you've answered your own question as far as 2013 goes.

This is a dumb question. Do what you want.

Once in a lifetime is a tagline used by real estate agents.

But remember if you want to do the Epic so you can brag and tell people that you are a hardrore cyclist, have a look at this picture:

the fat guy with no neck finished the epic. it's not that hard

From what I'm hearing this is a once in a lifetime offer for Epic. You can always do J2C the next year??

If it is a choice between money for one or the other I'd take J2C but if yo know you can do J2c the year after I don't see the dilemma.

Maybe tell us the full story to help you decide?
