Bassman Posted August 14, 2012 Share The 120km is loooong. Not that much climbing but a few false flats. Wind is also a factor in the last 30. Allround its ok. Not a lot of people do it think last year there were like 300 that rode the 120. Twombles Posted August 14, 2012 Share I did it last year, it was a very lekka race , but like Bassman said.. It's looong! We had quite a bit of wind last year, so the last 20km were hard. Also, its a smaller race, so if you're not in the front half of the race the last 20km you might fight the wind alone. I remember that. In fact, I think it's been like that every year. The start is quite chaotic with no real starting groups. Just be aware of that. Luckily the race is so small that it didn't really make any difference. Plenty bottles fell at the Wilro this year.
