I can deal with Jo'burg's roadies but Jo'burg's pseudo-Tuscan buildings offend him no end. The mass of a Toyota Corrola is more than 1,6 tons. Just put that down on yourself while it is static and you become a McDonalds Hamburger pattie. When moving at 25km/h as the OP claims, many other dynamics comes to play. You will then look like the ketchup on said MaDonalds burger.
