Have any settings been changed in the last day or so?

Everytime I now open up The Hub and click on Active Topics, I get the above message. Even if I delete all cookies and sign in afresh.

This is happening on both Iceweasel (open sourced Mozilla browser) on my laptop and Tapatalk on my Samsung S3.

My laptop which runs Crunchbang Linux (Debian based) had been running for over 9 days without a reboot (21 days is my record), so I thought what the hell, maybe I need to reboot. So I rebooted and still exactly the same.

At least there are others with a similar problem.

Thug, I get oddities on a regular basis. I often have to switch from mobile to the full version on the laptop. Once or twice had the full version in the mobile. Guess it is just part o life right. Why not just bookmark the new content page?

Ps, I can top your 21 days on Mac OS... ;p

Hi Thug,

Apologies for the delay.

I've been trying to replicate this issue and came across some filters in the Active Topics view which may cause this.

In the filter options bar on the right, scroll right to the bottom and make sure none of the filters are set:

- Just items I follow

- Items I participate in

- Items I started

If any are set they will be highlighted:

New content - thehubsa.co.za.png

Let me know if that helps at all.

Regards,

Matt

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the tip.

Looks like "Just items I follow" had inadvertently been highlighted and as I don't follow any topic, I got the above results.

Hi Eddy,

I've reset the filters on your account.

Let me know if you're still having trouble.
