CYCLOSPORT any one use them ?

has anyone used them ? how was their service they are the closest bike shop in my area. i would like to use them.

 

any advice ?

I went there a week ago shopping for a new Road Bike. Hugo (I think) was extremely helpful and patient, looking up prices and stock and discussing various options. Felt like I was part of the local customer base.

+1 on what she said (except I'm sure the guy's name is Eloff). Dropped in there by chance one day because my lbs was closed, now Cyclosport is my lbs because of their good service.

 

My perception is that they are more geared towards the weekend warrior type rider as opposed to the serious racing snakes - which works well for this weekend warrior..

I get the feeling in the only Indian that walks in there cause they look at me funny almost like they think" I didn't know Indians road bicycles " lol I could be wrong lmao :-D

 

But all in all I just fetched my bike I'm also a weekend warrior type they replaced my bottom bracket, sorted a puncture , fixed a buckled rim ,replaced a gear cable , put on new cable ties on my bike computer , lubed and set the chain ,gears and brakes checked and adjusted , also I think they washed it not sure but in looked cleaner.

 

All this set me back R410,00 ..... I think that is pretty dam awesome and I dropped the bike there at 11:00 this morning , explained to the guy that I'm training for the burger tomorrow and if possible would like it back the afternoon, 4:00pm an SMS came my bike is ready for collection.

 

I think that's awesome service from my lbs.

I've been shopping there for about 8 years! Great service!!! Never had any probs with them. Eloff, the owner always walk the extra mile. If they don't have, the order! You always feel welcome there!

All I can say...DYNAMITE COMES IN SMALL PACKAGES.. theyre defnetly not the biggest store around but Eloff and his team with give other stores a run for their money.
