I know 1 or 2 people wanting to try to qualify for the XCO world cup in August. I think we'll have to make our own once all the other dates are known. Only up to sub vet needs to qualify. Is that correct? EDIT: Found it! Those cyclists who wish to take part in the 2013 UCI MTB Masters World Championships need to ensure that they do not enter any other events as an Elite category cyclist in 2013. The term “Masters” refers to all categories that are non-elite, such as Sub-veteran, Veteran, Masters and Grand Masters categories. Masters will need to apply for a Cycling South Africa Domestic Racing Licence, which will be upgraded to an international racing licence for the World Championship event. It must be noted that any rider who has UCI points on the UCI ranking system on the 1st August 2013 will not be allowed to enter the UCI Masters World Championships. Entries will be opening soon, and will be announced in due course via the Cycling South Africa membership communiqué, as well as Facebook (Cycling SA) and Twitter (@Cycling_SA) social media.
