Ja, esp ostrich biltong

...and the ostrich biltong will keep you very healthy with all the hormones and anti-biotics in it ;).........I can feel the flames coming over the mountain from Oudtshoorn already

You get ready made protein shakes, anything low gi goes. Lotsa carbs just gonna make you hungry again. Me I like half a gatsby or a King Steer burger. Im built shaxxy so I can.

Happens to me too.

Usually take an apple, banana, or 4 provitas with marmite.

I try and avoid the nuts and biltong, too difficult to stop
