So who's doing nice long rides over the weekend? Looking for 4 - 5 hours on both Saturday and Sunday.

Haha nope! Didn't know about the 400km / 5000m. My 54km only gives me +- 750m ascent so far so I'm far off either way.

copy and paste your last activities from you garmin, and then on strava just choose upload file from computer

my Garmin restarted by itself today, basically losing about 78km of data, so it ruiend my whole plan...so no 500 challenge for me, altho I did the miles.

I think Strava must give the Guys doing it on MTB's extra Incentives, because its much Harder riding those km's on a Mountain Bike.
