I just want to thank and say well done to Malden the national ops manager and the staff of Cape union mart Sandton.

 

Got a garmin product that went faulty and lost the receipt. Showing proof of payment the exchanged it all thanks to Malden emailing me.

Another national retailer is selling the same shoes as Cape Union Mart for 5c less. Now, that is a bargain!

I had a Cape Union Mart voucher I had been given as a gift and the only thing I wanted was an item that they did not stock (a Garmin product but not one they sold).

 

I contacted them and they arranged to have one specifically ordered and delivered to a store of my choice. no questions asked and not even a hesitation when I made the request. I've also returned faulty items that have been replaced on the spot.

 

These guys set a good benchmark when it comes to customer service

Also happy. Got a Garmin pouch for Christmas that was too small for my GPS. Didnt have a invoice but still they excanged it for me without any hassles.
