After browsing the threads this week the following clubs/shops/ groups have been observed disregarding basic rules of the road' date=' such as cycling on the right of the white line Riding on the wrong side of the road, cycling more than two abreast ext  Riding in the yellow lane.  Skipping robots.  turning without signalling:

Cyclists in Stellenbosch (Jonkershoek road)  BMW drivers

Tour de Frans Cyclists (East rand) Ford drivers (especially East rand)

Select Cyclists (Klapperkop) Mercedes drivers

Edenvale Pedallers as well.  Blatently skipping red traffic lights Taxi drivers.  Blatently skipping red traffic lights.

Although I don't want to become a sort of "Style police" I am becoming more and more concerned that I may become a victime of motorist road rage because of these incidents.Ouch  Same here.....these damn motorists can kill you!!!

So......let's bitch some more.....hell......let's have a bitch fest.  Sounds fun.  Where we take out everything, everyone and anything.  From morning to evening.

Life's a bitch.

You can take ANY SITUATION and moan about it.  ANY.

THe purpose is not to bitch, but to put a name and a place to incidents that are obviously wrong and dangerous to all concerned.  When you have removed all the generalisations , accusations, perceptions and emotions, then you can start with the solution.  Obviously, if TCS was spotted  doing something wrong and the accuser could give you the place and time of the incident, then remedial action would be taken.  (and I am sure Crux would fix the problem if given such accurate information)  But generalisations  like"cyclists are always doing x, y, z " or "mercedes drivers do this or that"cannot be corrected.  The more detail regarding each incident the easier it is to FIX the problem.  It is hoped that if there is a Select rider, or a Tour d Frans rider or a endenvale rider on the hub he will be able to identify the offending members and address the problem in a friendly and firm way, thereby solving the problem.  (that is why as much detail as possible has been posted).

If you want to complain about that feel free.

hey, here's a novel idea - let's start a new political party - SAAP = South African Anarchists Party. they will stand for everythign that (apparently) the vast majority want - whatever they want as long as THEY get THEIR way irrespective of anyone else or the law! oh, wait, part of that will be to ensure that there ARE no laws - cool, then we can do whatever!...

nah KF, zuma = govt for the criminals by the criminals - so there have to be laws to break to become a criminal.... i'm proposing no laws because then at least as an innocent victim i'd be able to defend myself wtihout fear of prosecution by the "law" which under JZ defends the perpetrators...

Oh, damn. I suppose I'll have to stop cycling in the middle of the lane at 4:30 in the morning.

Anything else while I'm at it ?
