Kyk bietjie na Specialized se helmets ook - daar is vir my niks wat so gemaklik sit soos hulle sin nie en die straps is AWESOME!

Road helmet. U can wear it on your mtb and your rb. Nobody cares. But if you wear a MTB helmet on your RB, the roadies will snigger and point at you behind your back

Ja maar wat as jy n geleentheid kry om bietjie roadie gat te skop op n geleende roadbike. Die roadies sal leilik met jou wees "if you dont look the look.

ek het maar gedink ek sal cwc toe ry na die eksamens verby is en die winkel gaan leeg koop daar! LOL

moet nog arm warmers ook kry maar wil NIE weer FA he nie!

daai LG lyk kewl ma ek het nie sulke arms nie :D

Pas tog net die goed aan voor jy dit koop, wherever jy koop. My Bell crash replacement was duidelik effe anders as dit vorige een en hy het my reeedelik gepynig. So toe eindig ek op die rondloop en pas als wat ek kan aan. En vir my doppie het Kask en Rudy gewerk - op die ou end 'n Rudy gevat. Die res: Giro, Lazer, Spez (ek ry nie BMC nie... :ph34r: ) , you name it, hulle het net pyn en lyding veroorsaak. So elke mens se kop en haarstyl beinvloed wat werk en wat nie.

Funny how often I hear mtb'ers brag about kicking roadie butts on their knobblies, but almost never hear roadies brag how they dropped mtbers on the trails. Either I don't know enough roadies or us mtb'ers have big inferiority complexes... :ph34r:

Helmets I always buy locally - much easier to use their crash replacement policy when it is local.....

 

Also it's nice to try them on for size - some fit better than others.

 

Import duty on a helmet should be nothing - safety equipment - just VAT and courier charges.
