That looks seriously drool worthy! Any idea what your build spec will look like?

The build is slow indeed..

So far all I have is:

Frame: Kingdom Vendetta X2 Large

Fork: Fox 34 factory 150mm

Brakes: Silver Hope Tech X2's.

Probably keep the raw+orange going throughout.

Busy wheel shopping at the moment. Boost is making some awesome hub-deals difficult.

Wheels, wait till next week.

Local peeps bringing out some sick wheels had the privilege of checking them out.

That is a dam good start. Please post pics as the build proceeds, I'm very keen to see how it turns out. Nearly bought one of those frames myself but was threatened with divorce when I brought up the idea...

dankie!

need to get used to the bike, but its super super fun, like the inbred wow!

Hows it feel to be on smaller wheels compared to the inbred?  I see you using a HR II up front with Ardent rear, always wondered about that combo. Seems like a good idea!

Is the Yari spaced at all? also, tokens installed, or running normal?

Tyres were freebies, thanks @mountain_lion

he gave them to me, i just needed to collect them, the seem ok, front 2.3 rear 2.25.

as for Yari, its standard Yari off the shelf, bought it with 120mm all i did was put in a 150mm airspring, the standard tokens with the 120mm Pike is 3, so i don't know i didn't check it may be 3 in the Yari too...

i can't compare to the inbred, the only similarities are they are both OnOne and both steel, other than that their builds are completely different

The HR II seems nice so far to me.  Sidewalls are stiffer that the Mary SS trailstar im used to.  Not much in terms of damping, but grips nicely when on its side.  I have not noticed any slipping yet. in a straight line I think its pretty quick.  The ardent,  well I would still like to try those someday.  but you have the experience with those, probably will be able to get more performance out of them with the grippy front HR II.

I think I also have the Yari, think its standard too.  but I find it linear in its travel. was thinking about adding 1 x token to get some ramp. so yours is 150mm now then right?

looks like that bike can bomb down nuh,  probably jumps and corners nicely too..

Did you notice any blocks braking or cracking on the HR, especially side knobs? I sold mine because of this.

I had a set of DHRII on the front of my old 26'er and did some mileage on them ... had no such issues.

Edit: I need to read the post's I am replying to a little better ... I had the DHRII not the HRII's.
