There are speculations that Sagan will be sculpted into a GC contender.

His coach believes it's possible.

Lose some bulk. Minimise the power loss.

BOOM!!!!

My HD PVR earns its keep I tell you

Not sure about movies etc but the sport is amazing.Just check this last weekend all in HD.Lion,Wimbledon ,F1 and TDF

Worth every cent

Oh yeah, after the race I watched the tennis which was also fantastic in my opinion - theres no doubt sport in HD is terrific, and I dunno, but the sound also seems better on HD channels, maybe its just me, but on HD I find I need to turn the sound down, on normal channels I cant hear a friggin thing.

Yip volume levels vary, on some channels you need to adjust the volume when ads are on!

Anyone listen to Cape Talk this afternoon @ 15:30?

They interviewed Dr Ross Tucker (Sports Science) on his views regarding Chris Froome's victory on Saturaday...

Hmmmmmmmm..... Very interesting and highly questionable!

I recon Sagan could definitely become a GC contender in the future. Maybe a hevier hill climbing Armstrong style rider (minus the drugs of course).

Other than enjoying the intrigue of racing, there's the aesthethic value of those machines:

remember he's only 23.... He will win GT's for sure - most Vueltas and Giros will suit him to a tee. Tour De France may be more of a challenge for him - but a course like this would could be good for him in a few years time...

From what I have read Quintana can more than hold he's own in a TT so I think he might do well enough on Wednesday.Won't be the best but if he gets close to Conto he will be happy.

Only problem with him this year will be he's age....can he ride 3 weeks without having a bad day...lets see.

I also don't see Sky having another day like yesterday. They will be much more motivated to not have something like that happen to there leader again.

They don't have to do much this week, the sprinter teams will take care of the pace making and the TT will be a rest day for most.

Saxo and Movistar will try again but I think Sky will be strong from now on.
