ZTR Flow Ex versus Arch Ex

Is the extra weight gain of 95g per rim/190g per set on the Flow compared to the Arch worth it to gain an extra 4.5mm in rim width?

No, 100grams in a rim is a lot. But it depends on what riding you will be doing. Arch is more than you probably need.

Agreed. I have the arch (not ex's) on my AM bike and they get a fair beating (I'm 83kg) no problems.

im a similar weight. Running crests on my rigid HT 29r. No problems.

Flow would be worth it if you ride AM or DH or are heavier (as in over 90kilos) due to the extra width.
