Good day to all

 

I need to get stonger on climbs (mtb) and as it is now winter I am training on the indoor trainer. Should I use my race bike (2 x 10) on the trainer or use the single speed.

Any info will help

If it's a fixed cog, then the single speed is the one to use. Ensure your seating position is similar to the MTB though.
