This morning when wife and I were cycling up Cape Road near St Albans an ambulance raced past us and a minute later another emergency vehicle. If only we knew they were on their way to help a friend. Condolences to his family. RIP friend.

He had just got to the top of the hill at the Sand river and it would appear as if he had a heart attack. RIP my friend, you were a true gentleman and friend. I was honoured to have known you. :(  Sad; sorry man. A tiny consolation may be that he passed quickly whilst doing something he loved. Condolences to his Family and friends. majestic 1

I thought that was so nice. They were extremely close. The two were Damn naughty together. Never a dull moment.
