ive got no excuses... just been k*k lazy!

I was down with a snotkop for 5 days out of the saddle.

Did a fitness test this morning and is on the way up.

Those 5 days felt like 50 days.

Sunday morning I'll wake up loaded with enthusiasm and I'll show the South Peninsula a thing or two. My riding buddy has a new road bike and I have to make him look bad! Sunday will be my comeback.

50km ride at van gaalens followed by a trail run tomorrow. Gotten kick ass into gear before dualthon next weekend

I promised myself that I will train through winter this year. Last year was extremely though coming back after winter. But man I am finding it though to stay motivated to train at the moment.

health went south, so using the motorbike in the mornings to get to work and back. But bike is calling my ass every morning. Begging to go out in the cold dry winter air.
