The over thing is my resting heart rate has gone from 47 to 60 overnight. I cant get it below about 58. Getting up at 4am in the morning with 500 layers to go out on your bike with a 200lumen light is tough... But something magical about being on top of a mountain climb at 6am in the morning... Must say, getting easier... Just do it!
