Yip on roadbike - 3:11. Was tough in the rain and wind especially coming back. Well done on the HT!

Yep, get those from after about 3 days. After about 5 days or so, it gets really bad.

My wife says everyone knows if I was not on the bike for a few days and she begs me to go riding.

Unfortunitely spinning or riding in the wind and rain does not help at all, a bad thing with the Cape winter doing i'ts rounds.

Day 4 is my worst day .Gets bad if i go on holiday with the family and they think it,s them .At least now i know what is coming and can deal with it

yep, same here, more like a Grizzly Bear with toothache! When I'm like that, my wife begs me to go ride....how cool is that?

Maybe the more important question begs : "Should we be worried about our wifes?"

Three weeks since my last off. Three weeks to go. I look the other way when I walk past my 3 bikes. I try not to stare at cyclists on the road. I don't get too uptight when I see guys on MTB bikes but on Sunday drove past 2 guys on Empire road on De Rosas, that was a bit emotional.

I'm in the depressed phase now. Don't feel like doing much. Life feels long and tedious. Only 3 weeks left.
