I like avianto purely because its close to home so I can ride there, do a loop or two and go home....the start at avianto is a bit weird where you go up and down, up and down, up and down....but after that its quite cool I think. Some of the sections are tech quite tough.

Rouxtjie, same reason I like KK, can ride there and back. Think I'll visit Avianto this weekend.

There is a 12 hour event on saturday though...sunday should be open

Yea suppose, but when it starts feeling like a maze I loose interest...I suppose they did the best they could with the land they have and its only a short section, the rest is a gas

Kings Kloof has great riding. I normally ride alone, but try to minimise the risks. Had to walk out once. How is Avianto? Did the 12 hr there a few years ago, trails weren't great.

Like Routjie said avianto is great fun, to make the avianto loop worth it I normaly do a surf & turf to there do a loop and back home it give me about 67km with a 755m at least it feels like a work out

Yea but they are continuously changing and making better...Richard has done some good work there and deserves our support. Also its stone throw from gilroys where I always end up with punctures that I can't fix so the wife must come fetch me :whistling:
