The feedback I got was to check the board with everyone's numbers at registration for our new numbers.

If it hasn't been fixed on there we need to go to queries and ask for a certain lady (I did get her name).

Then pop our source's name and I was promised we will be in D.

 

About the shirts I don't think we have to.

Make sure you are well hydrated before the event. Also doing it on my mountain bike but I have done a couple of hot midday rides over the last few weeks to help. I use those white (not anymore...!) UV arm protectors and spray a bit of water over them and my legs to help keep cool.

Shave your nuts, they will get sweaty.

Dont the uv sleeves add heat? Mmm might need to get some

Rem to hydrate properly in day(s) b4 race and not only on race day. And keep fingers crossed the wind is also tolerable.

I have been doing midday rides as well since i got a 10:03AM start time tho my race time will majorly suffer as my performance drops badly in heat. I'm also on a MTB.

Wet your cycling top completely before you put it on, should draw some of the heat away from your body, but in hot weather doesn't last very long before its dry.
